ABOUT NSC

Newcastle Support Coordination (NSC)
Hugh Vo, the founder of Newcastle Support Coordination (NSC), graduated from the Business School (Massey University) and Nursing School (MIT) in Auckland-New Zealand and completed his Master of Nursing (University of Tasmania), He has extensive experience working across various sectors, including the disability field and medical and surgical settings, in Auckland, Sydney, and Newcastle.
As a parent of a neurodivergent child, Hugh faced challenges navigating the NDIS, seeking high-quality support providers, and accessing community services that met the needs of his child and family. He recognised a significant gap between the needs of children with complex special needs and the services available, as well as the quality of disability services in the community. In response to this gap, NSC was established as a family-run business, drawing on expertise from medical, health, and education professions to support for those are vulnerable to gain better control and achieve their goals and independence.
Our goals are to acknowledge and address the challenges and complexities of high-needs children, vulnerable individuals and their families, improve the quality of care, promote collaboration, and enhance disability services to better support children/ individuals with complex and high needs within our community.
